mixed feelings about this stay
small room disruptive noise
the location was decent (close to transportation).
the room felt cramped and lacked sufficient space. there was no fridge (i needed one for medication), and the lighting was oddly configured. also, the noise from the lobby was quite disruptive at night (events went on until late).

food spots subway access faulty heater room temperature
I found the location to be very convenient. There were lots of good food spots and the subway was close by. The bar upstairs is amazing. I thought happy hour was good value.
The heater in my room was not working properly. Someone came to fix it, but even after the visit, it didn't work.

nice nights at a lovely stay
convenient location soft bed rooftop bar
the hotel location was very convenient, near several excellent dining options and close to the subway. the bed was soft and cozy. the staff was lovely, especially alex, the doorman, he greet always with a smile. the rooftop bar is amazing, especially during happy hour because prices are very good.
the cleaning in my room could have been more thorough, it was a small flaw though.

a 24/7 gym let guests maintain their fitness routines throughout their stay, regardless of the hour. complimentary water and coffee make mornings pleasant. friendly personnel always greet me at the entrance of the hotel.

cute atmosphere tidy room quiet room cramped room small room shower cubicle
the hotel staff provided a cute atmosphere. i found the room tidy. it was also quiet. my partner and i enjoyed our stay.
The rooms are small and cramped. We lacked space to open suitcases. there isn't a bathroom, instead there is a cubicle for the toilet and another for the shower. the sink is in the bedroom.

unexplained fee missing refund
I got hit with a surprise charge. It REALLY frustrated me. The hotel charged my card an extra $400. Staff could not explain what the fee covered. I tried reaching out several times, and they promised a refund. It has been a MONTH now, and I still have no money back and NO confirmation email. GRRRRRR.
